They no longer write wholesale mortgage loans through brokers. They write mortgages through retail, but they closed their entire wholesale division, announced it near the end of 2007, effective Jan 08.

No, he means that they closed their wholesale down completely. The only way to get a mortgage with B of A is through their retail side. No brokers! |

Sorry to tell you loanguy... WAMU is out too.
From what I hear... WAMU Wholesale is gone.
Have you tried Fantasy Island Mortgage?? Pretty soon they will be the only ones doing Wholesale with broker.!!!!!!! |
