| I need some advice. I have a doublewide on per foundation. I have a 619 mid score with a 52%DTI. Any lenders that you can recommend. |

| I'd try running it FHA with a rate in the low 6's. See if you can get a slight exception through manual UW. I know that conventional, we require a 660 score and US Bank requires a 680 score plus you would have a rate bump. If you are not FHA approved try and find someone to submit it. It is in your customer's best interest. |
