| Who can do this? High loan amount seems to be the problem the problem. terminal illness of spouse caused hardship. Husband is back to work making $$$$, wants to save his house. |

Where is this property? How was value established? What is their exit strategy here? Private money/hard money would seem to be the only option w/ a foreclosure.
