I currently have two loans that I need to find a home for. Both are for 100% financing for a SFR OO in Nevada - Washoe County, 89436.

Is this even possible anymore? One is for $417,000 and the other is for $480,000. Full Doc....

Who can still do this out there? All of the lenders I normally use have 89436 as a declining market and are limiting me to 95%. Help!

have you tried a grant or down payment assistant program. Some of them can go up to 5%

Yes. No luck though - everyone is telling me that both clients make too much $$ to qualify for assistance. :-(
