| Stearns... as long as your retirement income is reasonable they are the aggressive ones right now. I currently have a 2nd home at 90% in AZ, 720 fico going SISA @ 5.5% IO, NO JOKE! |

We can do this as a 3-Year Fixed Hybrid with 10 years of I/O:
6.30% (PAR), 6.65% (1.0% rebate), 6.90% (2.0% rebate)
This loan also has the option of fixing the rate for the life of the loan at any time from the end of the 3rd year to the 7th for a one time $200 fee.
