Any suggestions on which lender(s) has/have the best rates on residential investment properties. A paper, full doc, conforming?

Citi has only a 1/2 pt bump if you have great credit and low LTV.
I havent seen anyone else any better. |

Thank you. I was looking at the higher LTV programs but the rate hit is 1.75% WOW.
I will run it through scenario studio.....thanks again |

| Sierra pacific has no hit for ltv's under 50. |
