| Looking for financing on a small, $2,500,000, Hotel that is loosing Money right now. With negative cash flow is there anyone that will look at this? |

Your LTV would definatley be capped at 50-60% Max, unless you have strong borrowers. We can get this done for you if in right area. No large upfront fees. Need more information. Call or email to discuss.

Where (location)?
Does borrower have reversal plan?
Potential Buyers/Partners?
Borrower needs to have good answers to hard questions,
if he does, then there are more than a few lenders who'll step up to the plate.
email or call, & probably, possibly, or H*ll No comes in the 1st call.
