6.375% <par> 10yr Fixed, no ppp, w/impounds

Note: 1pt buydown get's 5.375%

Both are on a 20 day lock. Declining market OK

That is great pricing.

The loan amount is changing to $700k but everthing else (incl. LTV) is staying the same.

Why did you do that! Max Loan amount is $650,000

Our wholesale division is at 5.875% at par 10/1 arm
with enogh assets could be even lower call Ed in my wholesale division he just priced one similiar for me (805) 558-3318 thats his cell, he's still in pricing loans

Sorry DK, my bad. They just found their new home. I hate doing purchase loans for friends...every day it's new loan amount, new LTV, straight purchase, shor sale purchase, REO purchase..blah blah blah...all to make $500.

Call Ed at the number in the above post, I dont work in wholesale, he is here at office and can verify pricing and get you a broker package

What loan amount can you go 80% to in Orange County?

That's STROOONG for a stated purchase Jumbo in a declining market.

I just talked to Ed and he is saying that they are suspending this program unless we lock by the 16th? is there anyway around that? I have to close by the EOM. help
