| I have been researching net branches, and i had narrowed my options down to 1. A fellow loan officer friend of mine approached me recently with an opportunity called Loan Network LLc out of Renton, WA. I did a search on the BO, and didnt come up with any posts. Their program looks pretty good, but i need to hear from someone who has worked with them. Thanks. |

| They are horrible. Fellow Loan officer employed with this branch, took 3-4 weeks to clear 10 submitted conditions. The processors are horrible ( rookies )and the communication is worse. Be aware. Very time consuming and dissappointing. |

| Loan Network is a great company to work for. Speaking from experience rather than second hand information, their turn times are 24-48 hrs on files, conditions, and funding. Their rates are extremely competitive with anyone out there, they are very supportive, the fees are very low per file, and have a large number wholesale lenders to choose from so you can get any deal done that you need to. Let me know if you have any specific questions that I may be able to answer. Good luck with your decision. |

I was with them for awhile several years ago. Not as a 'net branch' though. Scott Fletcher is (or was anyway) their broker/owner. He's a good guy. They're somewhere in the $495 to $595 per file fee + taxes taken out on top of that. The only reason that I left is because a real estate company that I was doing loans for was a net branch of a different company so I had to make the switch. I didn't use any of their banking lines though so I have no idea what their pricing looks like.
The processor that I was using with them is outstanding. Her name is Amber...I highly recommend her. She's awesome. She has her own net branch I believe and she's a licensed LO too so she's completely up on all of the licensing rules/regs. |
