I have buyers who are interested in purchasing REO's in BULK @ 60% of actual value with 5% down. The purchase prices will be between $5million 0 $10million. Is there anyone out there who can get this financed?

The loan amounts are no problem but more of a downpayment is going to be required. Also would need to know the parameters being used to select the properties. As almost every investor will tell you, if the owners are all willing to sell at 60% then why is that not the actual value?

We have several private investors who will finance the acquisition up to 90% LTV and fund 100% of any rehab costs up to 65% of the ARV. We are in OC and our investors are local. Email details for pricing.
