| I had a full-time processor that left for medical reasons. I am now thinking of using an outsourced processing firm. It has only been a few months and our brokers are getting busy so I need to consider processing help. Anyone have great luck and if so what company? Is the pay a flat rate on a file only if it closes, right? |

| ptyler@family-funding.com is an incredible processor who only receives payment when the file closes. Maybe she can help you out on a temp basis for the interim time. The only other suggestion I have is maybe asking a title company for suggestions for a contract processor or processing company referrals. The title copmanies know which processors are working on files that are closing and may could be a valuable source for information. I have used several different processors and one who knows what they are doing and gets their job done is invaluable. I hope this may help you. |

I am a contract processor. I charge $495 per file and receive payment from escrow after the file is closed. If you would like further information, please feel free to call/email me.
