no fico score loan

I know/believe this is impossible but I need to try.

Anyone know who will do a loan with no fico? Alt tradelines? We are at a 65% ltv. We did a hard money loan 1 yr ago and the mortgage was not rated. The creditors closed the accounts she has no fico now. Needs to refi.Loan amount $300,000. Stated Stated. Sfr own occ. Pico Rivera, Ca.

If anyone has any advise I would love to hear it.
