I am looking for a construction loan for a client in California. The project is mixed use 2 commercial units 1st floor and residential on the 2nd. Property is free and clear. Client is looking for $417,000, excellent fico's 750, full doc, client is occupanying 1 of the commercial units appraised value after completion $600,000. Clients have invested $50,000 in fees and etc.
