| No offense but you need to find a company that has conforming. 6.375% is horrific. Your greedy company (or you) is trying to make 275 basis points in a highly competitive market. Conforming is over 2.50 rebate on your loan. Par is closer to 4.625% on a 5.1 IO. Good luck finding suckers. |

| Listen jerk off last time I checked 530K on an SFR is not a conforming loan amount. Get your facts straight before you start slingin BS. |

I've had wild fluctuations with my SIVA Jumbo pricing.
On Friday I could do this R/T or Purchase at 5.50%.
I'll check again on Monday. |
