I have a MC100% approved eligible case, need to find a lender still allowing 6% seller's help, (not to be confused with 3% interested paties)
Talk with fannie yesterday, and they have not changed their guidelines in this regard.

| I would definitely be interested to see if anyone is still doing this also. I haven't been able to find anyone still doing 6% with 100% LTV. |

| FHA does 6% which counts towards borrowers required 3% into the loan |
