no points....just standard recording fees.
although our mortgage products have minimal fees but our equity lines have no points

No I'm trying to prevent people from getting ripped off. There is not a single bank out thee offering stated ULOCs. The two that did stopped offering February 1st. |

Who are these mystery banks and what are their rates? Corleone Savings and Loan or the Soprano Bank and Trust?
I'm tied into the private banking divisions of over 50 major and regional banks as well as 10 foreign owned banks and they all want to see tax returns and financials. |

| That may true that being on a website does not dictate credibility but what dictates credibility are the members of that website. On this website I can guaranty I have more credibility. You claim people on this site can verify you can do this. Who are they? Like I said before let's do a poll on here and see who gets more votes and who has more credibility. |
