I NEED INTERNAIONAL BANKS THAT CAN DO LOANS FOR PEOPLE FROM IRELAND AND THE UK?
I NEED GOOD RATES SO THAT I CAN COMPETE WITH A BANK IN GERMANY.
ANYONE KNOW WHERE TO START?
PLEASE HELP.

| PURCHASES...AND I NEED REALLY GOOD RATES - THEY ARE CURRENTLY USING A BANK FROM GERMANY AND THEY ARE OFFERING 6%..CAN WACHOVIA DO THAT? |
