Hey, I am having trouble placing this loan- anybody able to help???
I have a 1,300,000 loan I am looking to place...
700 FICO
Purchase
STATED income / can show assets after close up to 300K
20% down, possibly 25% down
NYC property
Looking for any help. I have one place that looks like they might be able to do it- asking for tons of assets though.
