That is not as bad as what happened in WI yesterday. We got anywhere from 14-20 inches of snow. Poeple and cars where stuck on Hwy 94-90 just south of Madison for 6-8 hours.
The national guard was called out to help the people get to a safe place.
Temps where around 20 degrees.
It was about 800 cars that where stuck.

That's about as bad a stretch of highway that you could have that happen on. Traffic is always terrible around there.

Ok. You guys off color comments have once again prompted me to dedicate a song to you.

http://www.closingprime.com/YoureSoGay.mp3

Additionally, I would like to make my own off color statement (not gay). I love Katy Perry. In fact I plan on flying to LA next week to start stalking her. It's my goal that after a few weeks of stalking she will realized that we are destined to be together.

LMAO

Jen,

It was quite the storm too. I think we had about 2 feet of snow in a 24 hour span. Fun to watch unless you're watching it from inside your car parked on the interstate. There were a lot of very nervous people there. The city took the plows off the streets and put all the resources on getting people off the interstate. Crazy. Sometimes the upside of working from a home-office is more than just dealing with traffic.

I also pissed off the Dem chair when I got interviewed by NPR and the BBC in 1998 because I wouldn't back Geoffery Feiger (Kevorkian's lawyer) when he won the Dem nomination for governor. I called him an "Egomaniacal Self-Serving Wife-Beating Drunk". He couldn't believe anyone had the balls to do it. I even got invited to be on Nightline. It was cool.

It reminds me of a girl I knew in High School. As a little girl she asked her mom "What is Egotestical?" And mother replied "That's your father, dear".

Ronda,

Have you seen Mitt Romney? That's a fine Utah product, no matter where he claims to be from.

In Utah I discovered a sense of Daily Dissatisfaction. When everyday you wake up and you are not happy where you live, it really weighs you down. On the opposite, when you wake up everyday feeling good about where you live, it feels great!

And snow... well, at least it's green in the summer.

There are people who leave San Francisco because they miss have the seasons.

You're right, it's not very green in UT or NV, but, we do have 4 seasons just more tolerable, it's not huge extremes. I have never seen that much snow in Reno in a 24 hour period but it does snow and this year it has snowed ALOT. I miss the green, we go to Louisiana every summer and it is so pretty and green there but I am really not used to the humidity.

UT is a unique place tho, I'm not sure I'd want to live there, I was thinking more weather wise, but lifestyle wise it would be a big change...
