Need option arm!!

I have a client that needs 70% ltv, r/t, o/o, sfr, 980K loan amount on an option arm. Wachovia (world) already cut the appraisal pretty low so they aren't an option. Can anyone help me? Please email any info to jhull@premierfg.net Thanks!

Sorry to hear Wachovia/World cut your appraisal. I appraised for 4 years with World prior to entering wholesale lending so if you ever send another deal our way shoot me an e-mail and I will check it for you.
