Max CLTV for full, OO, C/O, SFR, 627 FICO?

I have a borrower with a 627 FICO, what is the Max CLTV for a cash out of his primary residence in MO??? Full doc, OO, SFR, Missouri, $305,000 appraised value.

If we can get an approve/eligible we can do 90%
