I wonder if this is why Homecomings is no longer accepting VODs. Just bank statements.

I was just saying to a co-worker that I've had some L.Os in the past (long gone, thank God) that would've probably used this service if they had the chance. Very scary that stuff is out there like this.

wtf, how, with all the fraud, does a company blatantly committing fraud as such stay in business/online? You would think it would be quickly shut down, is our country that dumb? Heck hitmen/girls might as well put up websites offering their "services".

You're not far off. There was a woman arrested a week or two ago for trying to hire a hitman on Craigslist. She's in jail now.

This logic is insane. There is clearly a difference based on how the software is presented to potential clients. It is one thing to offer software that allows you to make paychecks "for entertainment purposes only". It is quite another thing to blatantly encourage fraud. I would think this difference in the presentation would have a large impact on the outcome of any potential lawsuit against the company.

You gotta take a closer look at this.....

The feds are probably running those sites and picking off the obvious idiots in the first round.

After that there will be much more involved schemes that are more stealth to catch other neighborhood
idiots.

The FBI is currently doing "secret shoppers" with brokers which would be entrapment but they are doing it anyways.....

With Brokers only? they need to also shop crooked bank loan officers. Why always Brokers, this is broker discrimination!
