I have been waiting to see some feed back for ARM marketing's FHA/ VA streamline live leads, Best Rate Reffarls arm live lead and ABC Hot lead's live leads but so far I have not seen much so I decided to bite the bullet and be the guinea pig. So on Tuesday I purchased 25 of Best Rate's live arm leads. Starting tommorrow I will be receiving a few leads a day via fax that will tell me exactly when to call back (usually right away)and all the basic app info.
Today I just paid for my 25 ABC Hot Leads. On David's advice I went with their immediate callback leads that look pretty similar to Raymond's leads except the really cool thing is they come over thru their software sytem which they are setting up for me as we speak.
Later on this week (after I close a few more loans) I will be pulling the trigger on Stephen's over at ARM Marketing live FHA/VA live leads. I'm excited to see how these work since they are actually live calls coming in. Plan on hearing more from me later!!!
I told all three of these guys to throw there best fighters in the ring and this is what they came up with. Hopefully they all work out, in which case you will never know because I am going to keep them to myself. :)

| Will do. It looks like I'll be starting my ABC leads on Friday or maybe next week. I guess I have to be on a conference call with them tomorrow to talk about my filters. |

Dude if i really put camaras in my office it would straight take over the reality TV wave. These TMs are the most rounded group of different people, its funny to watch them work together all day. It almost like a zoo....lol But at the end of the day, ill tell you one thing they produce interested leads! I love it!

Your right...the variety of personalities you find in a call center is amazing and ever changing. It is fun to watch how different the atmosphere is in the room when different characters enter and leave the room. I have always wanted to write a sitcom detailing some of the hysterical things I have witnessed through the years in the call centers.

My mom is actually retired...lol. She just bored. She calls on the single man to generate business for me for fun. OK enough about my mama lets get back to generating business. If you want to get your moms on the system i can hook the dialer and data up...lol

Our shop has bought from both Stephen and Raymond and I know if you work their leads you will get strong results from both of them... I would like to see the ABC results.
If they are as good as Raymond and Stephen that would be something.

| Sorry folks!!!!! It's been a busy last couple of days. So far I have some numbers for Best Rate Refferal. So far I am thinking I should have done these last because these are going to be a tough act to follow. Including this evening I have gotten 15 leads so far and have three deals with docs in. That is including the three leads I have gotten today and have hardly messed with. I have apped 10 out of the 15 but that is to be expected given the fact that I receive these leads within minutes of the telemarketer taking the intial app and are told I will call back within the hour. These leads are going well so far but I would say that it helps to be licensed in other states because it seems their data is limited for the only state I am in. The last thing I am going to point out is every customer that spoke with Raymond's mom before talking with us comments on how sexy she sounds! So going forward Raymond I wants pics of your mammy! Next week I should have some hard numbers for Best Rate and some preliminary for ABC Hot leads. |

| ABC Leads are going well. Signing up has been a bit of a pain in the arss but you can't fault them for staying in compliance and doing things by the book. If you have a return, David an Ian are understanding an willing to handle it as best they can. As far as numbers go it's a bit early to tell as I just got docs in on my first deal yesterday and felt good about one other for early next week. So far I am about 15 leads into my campaign. This week we worked out some bugs, so next week should be a lot better. Tomorrow I should have some updates on how Raymonds mom's leads are doing!!!!! |

Brian....Glad to hear all is going well!!!
As for the start up pain in the A** part...that is correct it sometimes does take a few extra days to get a client rolling, due to compliance, and legality issues. Reason being, unlike most companies we gather the info in the name of each client for name recognition purposes when you call back! We do NOT call in a generic name such as "the mortgage company" or "loan center" etc. We call, and let them know exactly who will be contacting them back, so when you do call they get that warm fuzzy feeling inside to hear from you.

| OKOKOKOKOK!!!!!! The month end treated me real well. I wish I would have started looking at both Best Rate Refferal and ABC earlier! So far I have closed 2 deals compliments of Raymond's crew. I would have closed a 3rd this month but I was dumb enough to send that one to Provident so thats going to have to wait till later this week. In addition to those I have docs in on a fourth and I know I will knock at least one additional off the fence next week. Last Thursday was my last day for my current campaign so those numbers are off of a total of 25 leads. Needless to say I am more than happy with the results so far. Today I pulled the trigger on a campaign again so next time I post I will put results from previous campaign and the final results from the last one. |

These really are the best leads I have ever sold. The only issue is that they are very very limited as far as the database to call on so the campaigns are very small. Bryan will be lucky to get 50-60 leads every 3 months.
Bryan is in WI so the average lead amount has been from 100k-150k. I'm sure Bryan knows more his actual closed loan average but I know the leads I have been seeing go out are between that range. That's WI for you.

Thats great stuff Bryan. I love it when I here that there has been some funded deals with more in the pipeline. Especially when you say we are almost ready to do another campiagn for you...

| Including the loan I am going to close tomorrow my average loan size on those three is 157K (hopefully this discourages you from marketing in Wisconsin). My average YSP & origination combined have been 4,090. |
