I have a slam dunk in Ohio. I need to get signed up with a net branch that is FHA approved in Ohio. Not interested in co-broker unless you are the broker and you can sign a non-circumvent agreement.

Try Global Mortgage. They pay 100% on FHA if you get a keybranch like mine.

I'm not sure what your looking to do.

If you have one FHA deal in Ohio and you are trying to get temporarily setup with a Net Branch to do the one deal I think you have a problem.
First, FHA requires you to be the employee of one mortgage brokerage.
Second, the State of Ohio requires you personally to be licensed in this state.
