I purchased a package of leads from Rateadvisor.com and was supposed to get the month of January for FREE, then paid thereforward.
January came and went and I only got two leads and neither of them answered the phone and I called every day at every hour of the day over the course of 3-4 weeks.
I have since called Rateadvisor.com literally dozens and dozens of times. I am probably calling them 10 times per day, every day for those same 3-4 weeks, and have not gotten in touch with a single person. I have called every single department in their company and left messages, as well as emailed all the sales people I was in touch with over the course of the purchase.
I want to try and take further action to get to the bottom of this and wanted to know if anybody has had similar experiences with RATEADVISOR.COM, and wants to pursue this further with me.
The more cases of bad business we can come up with against these people the better chance we all have of making sure it doesn't happen to others...and perhaps there are refunds in order as well.
