Hum, kind of sounds like the user name a FBI agent might use while doing a sting. You know, they say when doing stings they could use the name Mr. Effbe Aye and they will still have goofs fall for it.
Seriously, you can refer FHA business but it is illegal to be paid any kind of origination or referral fee by a broker or lender. |

Look HMDA...you're asking a loaded question here.
Fact is: You can't get paid on FHA loans unless you're a W-2 employee of the FHA approved broker/lender.
Now if you're just looking to give away free leads, I'm sure someone here can help you. |
