I have looked at alot of affiliate branch opportunities. Right now I am most considering Apex Lending our of Clearwater, FL.

If there are any employees, loan officers or former employees of Apex Lending please let me know your experience with them. - The good, the bad and the ugly.

Thanks for the input.

If it’s the one in Indian Rocks, you’d be making a great decision. I had a net-branch with them about 3 years ago, before I opened my own company, and they were great. My only complaint is that they were very selective with who they would allow me to hire. You have to have good credit, and a clean background to be considered, which is how it should be.

Please keep in mind that there was another Apex out of Brandon, Fl that wasn’t so good. If you’re searching for old threads you’ll find a lot about them.

I have a Net Branch with Apex and in my humble opinion they are the best. Give me a call or e-mail me direct with questions. cell phone: 772-215-5980. e-mail: mganovsky@apexlending.com. you can also go to my web site ( you will have one exactly alike) www.markg.apexlending.com click on employment and then on PAL and you can watch the video presentation. Mark, when you become a PAL Branch Manager, how do you make money off of the loan officers you recruit? It sounds like(from reading earlier posts as well) that you may have loan officers working under you. If this is the case, do you pay them a lower percentage or 100% still? If it is 100% still, how do you make profit from them or if you pay them a lower percentage, what stops the LO from circumventing you and working directly for Apex?

I ask these questions, because when I start I have about 5 loan officers that want to come with me and work underneath me. Do I have the ability to profit from them by me being there manager and if so how?
