*Must be a residential property or 1-4 units.
*Closing to be within a week
*Must be California
Approvals within 24-48 hours.
Rates start at 11.00% to 12.00% with 2 points and $695.00
underwriting.
Term of the loan will be fixed for 7, 10, 15 or 20 year with 2 year
prepayment penalty.
