I have a customer that has 50 acres with a shop on it worth $450k and he owns it free and clear. He has a 746 FICO and his wife has a 626 FICO. I can go full doc. They are looking for $250k to build their home. They have no debt and their DTI after construction would be 30 % and the LTV would be about 35%. Does anyone know any lenders that would do this loan.
