If the doublewide is on a perm slab and it is o/o then check with FHA |

Try US Bank, they do mobile homes, mobile home must be on private land, not in a mobile home park |

| Call me. We can do this. We specialize in Manufactured Home financing. Perm slab, OR HOME ONLY on leased/rented land. |

| Conforming agency loans will do this up to 65%LTV, max 20 year term. Call any conforming lender that does manufactured homes. |
