I am headed to the Pitbull Mortgage School on Friday as part of my education on getting into the commercial end of the business, as well as hard money residential. I am looking to network with some hard money lenders in CA when there.

I also have a couple of you on a list to call and take out to lunch in the LA area, to pick your brains and get some mentoring along the way. My background is in commercial appraisal and I can't wait to get on the lucrative side of the equasion. |

Thus far, I've heard negative remarks only. But, a lot of times, peoples ego comes into play and you get a shadowed opinion. |

If either or both of you are available for lunch sometime in Feb. I would appreciate picking your brains on how I can get started, on the hard money end especially.
You, sirs, are on the list of victims I will be calling for mentorship in the SoCal area.
I have an appraisal question as well on the boards that I could use an answer to as well.

| Pitbull Mortgage school was the event my wife have ever attended. There were about 300 people and the information was powerful. Especially the idea of starting of creating my own investor mortgage pool. The attorney who spoke was very precise and leonard knew his stuff. Anyway, I spoke to alot of people at the event who were impressed. Great contacts. |

I was trying out Google reader and it really screwed me up reading old posts...
Did anyone go to this anyway I guess? Or was it actually canceled like I thought?
