| Can a broker for a commercial property broker the sale of the property and secure the new financing? Or are the rules similar to residential. Haven't been able to figure it out. |

| No, RESPA has nothing to do with commercial. I am not an attorney so check your local / state rules and regs. |

A broker can own the property, be the sales agent, broker the loan for the new buyer, and be the insurance agent.
Answer: Yes, the sales broker can be the financing broker. |
