Good call Jeff...Yes, I woudl like to know that as well..because I drink cheap coffee and lots of it.
If it's a $4 a day "latte" espresso carmel machiatto deal kind of thing, I'm priced out. Would like to know either way! |

Thank you both for your input. I am confident that everyone now understands the meaning of the "Cup of Coffee a Day." The goal of the announcement was to introduce this product to a large group of brokers that I have worked with on a national level for many years. After working for American Brokers Conduit for so many years, I had the privilege of meeting so many professionals in our industry.
This product has been designed to assist creating "Clients for Life" with a web-based software that helps mortgage brokers and retail loan officers throughout a transaction and stay in clients after closing.

I don't know if I would mention working for that shameful failure ABC. I also have a coffee machine and my average cost is about $4 per month. If you can match this I might be interested.

Working for American Brokers Conduit was something that I am very proud of. The failure of the company was due to market conditions and executive decisions, not to the people that worked so hard to take care of our customers each and every day. I am confident that you realize this point and don't have the same feelings for everyone that has been laid off as a result of market conditions.
The point of this posting was not to cause a debate over software that only costs $35/mo. If your business is already successful and you are in a good position, I wish you all the best. Please let me know when you find another software as dynamic as Ascension for the price it is being offered and then we can have a great debate about something substantial.
All my best to you and all those still striving to stay in the mortgage industry. I am now a mortgage broker as well as yourself. Just trying to share information on something that is getting my business off to a very busy start in a tough market. :-)
