Hello - Hi all, I'm new to this forum.
I'm looking for help on a few different deals in Mexico. Does any one know commercial, residential and construction lenders for properties in Mexico?

We lend on commercial properties and development projects in Mexico (and other international locations). Our loans are 1-3 year bridge loans, interest only, no prepayment penalty.

Hi there - thanks for the tip on the search. Anyone have any luck with the lenders for Mexico I am a broker and I am competing to get in with a developer in Mexico. We have our first loan and they are trying to see if we can compete with Colonial. Any help or if there is an easy way to legally co-broker I am cool with that - 100% of something is better than 100% of nothing.
