My client received an approval from Flagstar for a streamline refi on his FHA loan. He has just completed his chapter 13 (including his mortgage) this past December.
Is a FHA streamline possible???
Thanks

I am not 100% sure, but I think it is.
I remember this senerio from an L/O in my office and I believe they got it done. |

The only thing FHA streamline looks at is the mortgage history. If he's 0x30, saving money or going from an ARM to a fixed rate, FHA will do this loan. |
