Forgive me if I assume you are new to web advertising, but you will get ZERO leads from ANY web site unless you show up on Google or other SE, or via self-promotion.
Ask yourself HOW people get to your web site. You can spend money on PPC ads, or on SEO, which doesn't really cost much but requires some effort. You can also get your web address in front of people through letters, E-mail, door hangers, anything you can imagine. |

Are you using the marketing websites that lenderhomepage.com has also or were you just expecting the search engines to give you traffic and therefore some leads?
Can you send over the URL - curious as to what the site looks like. Is it setup to generate leads? |

That's a pretty good site. I like the options from the home page and the quote form is pretty short and simple to complete.
Can I suggest our PPC program? The page you would be featured on is #1 in Google for "Pennsylvania mortgage rates"
Put in $50 and we will put in $50 to match - use promo code BOFEB50

If you are not getting any leads from it...i suggest using a free site...like xsites.com Until you can figure out how to make it work for you...at least you won't lose any $. |

| the problem with the free sites though is that they usually don't offer any way to capture leads. They always reserve that for paying customers. |

| I don't recommend www.loansinteractive.com. Their websites are all duplicates and get poor or no search results. The customer service is terrible. Buyer beware, I count it as money down the drain. |

| I agree with Broker. I resold about a dozen of the templates from www.loansinteractive.com The "secure 1003" form never worked as advertised, sites were down on numerous occasions, and even worse, when you decide to cancel, they continue to bill your credit and will not respond. When you finally have enough and issue a chargeback for the erroneous billings, they send you to collections and ding your credit report after one phone call. |
