I have client who owns property and owes $830K with land worth $1.2M. Looking to tear down current house and build...total loan amount including payoff of current mortgage to be $3.6M. Appraised value of $4.5M+. Self employed with tax write-offs so would need stated income. Has over $200K in liquid assets verified well over 60 days seasoning and also owns 2nd home free and clear worth $275K. This is located in MN. 786 mid FICO...very strong borrower. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
