In two hours I received 4 leads and a call back. That�s a total of 5.
I spoke with John Tattan half hour prior to starting and help me login and listen to the telemarketer. My impression of them has change not only great leads but also their service has improve. I�ll definitely hire them for future telemarketing.
....i just received 4 more and two additional that want me to call on june and july. This is by far the best result i have seen.
so you know, i'm able to listen to telemarketer make the calls.

Sorry for taking this long to post new results.
Out of the 12 leads that I�ve got from R-A-T I was able to get three
Full applications with credit report and appraisal. with what I can see they are doable but will have to wait until the appraisal is back.
On a different note, I hire them again for a full week possible starting tomorrow. And I will definitely port those results as well.
I have to say that their communications skills have improve 120%. Their TM quality is superb.
At first I thought that they were not going to make with such a bumpy start but I gave them a chance, after all every one disserves a chance, and they deliver. Made a believer out of me.
I think I did enough kissing for one day. I�ll post as soon as I have more results.

updates.
I hire R-A-T on wednesday and thursday. we called CA on both dates and the total of leads is 6. two compleat aplication and one appraisal order for today i should have it by tuesday or wednesday.
we change data to adjustibles. I will schedule them for next week and once i close one loan from this leads i will be scheduling for a month at a time.
This is the best thing since the invention of the wheel.

i still have one hour to go.
again, this data is diferrent. they are adjustibles.

I have not used the Rent a TM, but I am a customer of the hosted predictive dialer. Awesome dialer and Patrick and John are always quick to jump on questions or requests. I rememeber one night Patrick adjusting the interface for me on the fly. That is customer service. Great Company. Looking to jump on RATM soon.

They are SOLID!!! They deliver what they advertised. I'm listen to the TM and she is a real pro. Don't hesitate, they get booked up pretty fast and if you're like me in that you suck in TM, use them. Listening to her is teaching me allot. mainly, I could never be that good.

just finished up my first session and I am very pleased. Will report back on fundings when it happens, but suffice it to say that these TMs are very good, and I will be doing business with John again.
I didn't even want to post this because it will make it more difficult to get in for another session but John is busting his butt and deserves the props, and he deserves to make a ton of $$ for his efforts. He communicates when he says he is going to and his staff delivers. He also has a cool interface to allow you to monitor your session and communicate with the TM. The Tms have been well trained and they get after the leads.
Will continue to update as things progress but I gotta give a big hand to the Dialing Prime folks for this service.

Well we just finished a 3 day 4-8pm TM campaign with my boy John.
We got 12 leads, haven't called them all yet, but 2 look good.
1st is a $645 Refi 80% LTV, 700 FICO, Rate Term.
2nd is a $250,000 60% LTV, rate & term refi, 680 fico.
That about $16K in commission, so hopefully I'll have a good month for May.
I used some old data, so next time I'll be using more fresh targeted data.
Hey John, tell Ernest I'll tip him if I close something. LOL. He's good and cracks me up.
If I close any of these I'll be booking at least 4 weeks.

Ok just got in and the TM got 10 leads from todays calls. Haven't had a chance to go through them all. It should be a busy week coming up. 2 day total of 16 leads pulled I hope I can get at least one. Thanks to John and Patrick also there crew.

Wow! That is all I can say to explain this phenom team John and Patrick. Great work. Rough start but with success rates like this, it is understandable. Once these loan closes, I will be sending Cindy a special present. You guys rock! Once I get caught up, I will be back!

I wanted to update with my experience working with Elie and Dialing Prime---
1st the Data--Elie was extremely patient while I verified myself with Paypal---the data was sent in a very easy email--you can be completely computer dumb and receive the data---Thank you so much Elie for making it easy. I also was able to listen to the TM during my call times so I can verify that for the couple hours I was tuned in there were many contacts made to homeowner's.
2nd the Telemarketing--Ok this is what totally blew me away. I had a newer telemarketer working my campaign and I guess didn't produce the results that Patrick expects from a campaign therefore they are crediting me and I get a "re-do". I WAS IN TOTAL SHOCK. Now I had read all of the great posts and such so I knew what to expect with their service. I also know what it is like to telemarket so I knew what to expect from the telemarketer---and I have had to also train newer people so I knew what to expect there too----Here is what shocked me---Patrick and John stayed in tune to my campaign like I was the only client---and because they were not pleased with the results they stood by their service and came to me and told me they would credit me---They didn't leave me to the wolves---like most sources out there.
I had to share this----of course I wish it was "I GOT 4 APPS TODAY" kind of response---but I had to share with other LO's that you do back your word with your service and follow through of that service. I was very impressed...

RESULTS TIME!!!
Ok to remind you this is Elie's data/Dialing Prime TM service that I am reporting results for...
I received 4 Leads from Friday's telemarketing session---
2 had value issues---
1 I have to call back today---
1--taken app--now pricing up looks EXTREMELY PROMISING through FHA. The key is customer gave TM social and would be sitting in a closing office today she could.
My cost for this session:
$70.00---telemarketing cost
$10.00---data cost
$80.00---average cost per lead---$20.00
The three clients I talked to were all very receptive to me calling---they knew who I was so the rapport felt established the moment we talked. I also liked the fact that I could listen to the telemarketer and know what I was expecting prior to receiving my leads.
Also we all know this is a numbers game---I really love the fact that I can work on my files and with my current clients, while Dialing Prime is taking care of the telemarketing process. What they hand to me are clients that are expecting me, very open to my direction, and it cost me $20.00 per client. JUNKIE INTERNET LEADS COST MORE THAN THIS---AND I WAS HANDED VERY WARM CLIENTS WITH A SOCIAL ON ONE.

I realized why you were so patient with me---After what you had to go through with my paypal experience I feel sorry for that treadmil you were on.

So from my earlier post you see my cost was $80.00 for that day---My total fees on this loan are $5,880.00---This is my best ROI on any marketing.

Had our first unbiased group go through today. Another group has gone through, but they are Prime Processors suck ups and everyone knows it. 
I'll shoot them an email to see if they are willing to post their results on this thread. I know one of them is a BO member. I also slaped John on the back of the head for you. Seems he is still recovering from Mardi Gras. |

I called John to inquire about why there has be no response to your inquiries. This is something I take very seriously.
We keep very busy and in all honesty unless you are an existing client instant replies are rare, but waiting for a reply for more than a day is unacceptable.
If for any reason someone can not get a hold of John or they do not feel that he is providing prompt service please contact me directly. |

Whoo Hooo...Wrapping it up a little early tonight. This will be the first night in over a week that I get home before 10PM.
Just had a TM wrap up a 4 hour block on FHA Streamline Leads. 4 hours. 6 leads. 3 of 6 leads complete with DOB and SSN.
Why is this worthy of mention? The numbers are not bad...pretty good in fact, but not stellar. I mention this because this data to-date has yielded less leads per hour than the Elis penny data.
Just want to give a shout out to Elis...you the man...also keep your data simple. I love loading it into the dialer...Name. Phone. Add1. State...so easy for me to put into the dialer and yet great results.
Get your data from Elias. Convert your data to leads with Prime Processors telemarketers. Convert your pre-approvals to closed and funded loans with Prime Processors processing.
CRM solution comming soon to fill gap between lead and pre-approval. |

Or it could be that I introduce a lot of people to the BO via special incentives listed on my companies contract or.....there are a TON on "lurkers" out there.

Now, someone with over 9000 post supports what Patrick
is doing. Will you believe him instead? I am having my
second session with the same TM that got me 6 mini apps
tonight. I have another tomorrow and I'll be back again.
Are you too cheap to try a service that will cost you
$70 and leads (5000) that would cost you $50? Have you
spent more than that on leads that got yu nothing? Do you
TM with great success? The TM that they assigned me is
awesome at it. I listen to the entire 4 hour block.
There are only 2 companies that I have used with great
success. Best rate and Prime Processing. Oh, and Elias
leads, so I meant 3. You cannot go wrong in dealing with
anyone of those 3 companies. I've repeated the use of
their services multiple times. They are all legitimate
companies and will help you. |

I have used Prime Processors service and the TM is GREAT. I have listened in on several calls because let's face it a lot of people claim they can TM and clearly can not. Also, I want to know that my money is being put to good use. I was very pleased with what I heard. The TM is polite, speaks clearly and is very comfortable when dialing. I received 3 leads in less than 1 hour. Two out of the three leads are looking like they are going to work out.

Disclaimer: Erica and I are very good friends and she is a PP stockholder and the person who knocks me upside the head if the book keeping is not perfect...so not exactly the most unbiased support, but I will say erica ALWAYS shoots straight.
Also,...please don't get upset with me about the disclaimer. Just want to bring home the point that PP cards are always on the table.

Data
Dialer
Telemarketer
We do not provide the data. You must provide the data.
Once you have data you can use our dialer and generate your own leads or one of our telemarketers can dial on the data for you.
So, yes...I think you have the correct idea.

So I had a client ask me an interesting question. "Can I book everyday and just resell the leads?"
Well it's not my place to say, "yes" or "no"...but, the question did intrigue me and I started running numbers. Since there is a lot of data I just used the numbers based on the clients that have been so gracious to post their results. And here is what I found:
4 Hour Rent-A-TM session averages 6 "qualified" leads. Average data cost during that time $5. Telemarketer cost $70. What's really amazing is that all 6 leads per hour were "qualified" using other lead providers qualifications for non-exclusive refinance leads (sold two times total). These leads sell for $45/each. That's a book value of $270.
Wow.
So, the bottom line that I found was that the client could sell these leads once as a non-exlclusive lead at a 65% discount($20/each) compared to market rates and still work the leads and make a $45 profit!

Sorry we don't play nice with other dialer systems. We lose control of the session. If you don't mind my asking, what's the difference to you? Is there a feature you have in mind? |
