The school was calling, to say they were closed.

I am in Missouri, we got a lot of snow also. Schools closed today. Sure was a change of scenery. It is beautiful outside. All the snow.

1/8 in of sleet and falling...Great day to burn up phones, if the lines are up! :-)
And I agree, I love seeing how the white layer accents the rolling fields around us!... |

65 degrees and sunny, with high to day of 75. Waves 3-4' with occasional bigger set. Water temp a toasty 59 degrees. Early morning mountain bike along the coast to catch the fog lifting.
Smiling in San Diego . . .
Not even worried about the so called housing bust - it will gone soon enough. |

Hahaha tell me about it.. We got a puppy.. she is just about 8 months old.. Her first winter, and first real snow.. this year.. I can't get her to get down off the pourch in the back yard to pee.. Haha..She is freaking out with all the snow.. Had to let her out about 3 am this morning.. and go running out there in my pj's b/c she was peeing right on the back pourch.. She is sooo cute though, got to love her.

Yes, not to many places to ski here though,
with all the flat land, and nothing at all like vail,
have fun on the slopes. |
