I have a client with a 732 midscore here in Ca. it is full doc,I need 90%ltv. loan amt is $270,000, sfr, owner occ, cash out, perfect credit. looking for a 30 year fixed or any i/o.
please let me know who can do this in our declining marlet out here!

Regardless of zip code, I can get it done. Email me for a submission form and broker package. get it submitted tomorrow and we'll have the approval on Monday.

i can do 30 yr fixed at 5.875 at par with mi
i know their payment will be way less than at 8%
