Hello there,

Not to sound vague, but I need to have an idea of what lending guidelines are for purchasing a condo in FL if you are not a resident. Who offers this? Is only full doc available? What would be max LTV? It would be an investment, it would be a conforming loan amount. As of now, more than likely high rise, any restriction on occupancy rates, etc etc etc.
