I just received an email stating that hey will be reducing CLTVs Feb 4th.

Subject: Program/CLTV changes are coming February 4******VERY IMPORTANT
PLEASE READ*****

We will be reducing maximum CLTVs Monday February 4. If you have any
loans to submit and need current guidelines please submit today or tomorrow at
the latest.
