I am looking for lenders that can do a construction loan lending 100% of the cost to build and purchase lot. I hope something like 90% of apprasied value.
It is SFR, Full doc, in UT, 700+ scores, Primary residence, $375,000 loan amount. Has high W2 income but short on assets so needs 100% of the cost.
If you think you know a lender that can do it, pass it a long.
Come on guys, I know they are still out there, give em up!
