R/T refi loan in VA, SFR, OO property. $458k loan amount, $665k value. Rate and term refinance Stable employment (been at current job for over 9 years).... wife works as well, although its moonlighting so borrower is NOT reporting to the IRS. Full doc ratios are coming in at about 55% with an 8% rate.
No prior bk or fc. 618 mid score. No mortgage lates in the past 12 months (is a 1x30 in the past 24 months). |

| We can get that done our best pricing is at $450,000 loan amount and we can pay 1.5 YSP and you make it on the front and be $1,250 away from $458,000 but we could go to 55% DR and be 7.7% send the credit and zip to confrim pricing if that works. |
