Hey Guys,

A two man brokerage here, we are currently signed up with Provident Funding but just can't work with the local office. Before anyone comes to their defense, let me first state that I have been in this business for over 10 years and I know what I am doing. I just can not stand all the conditions I get from my local office.

Anyway, to all who can work with Provident, I say keep up the good work, I am sure once you get used to the Provident way everything is fine. However, my LO and I process all of our own loans, so we do not have time to handle lots of small conditions. So, if anyone would like to turn me on to other wholesalers out there who have good rates, please let me know.

Thanks!
peter

After Provident, I would say it's BearStearns Wholesale
(www.beardirect.com) as I know my area A/E but after this
it is always Wamu, Wells, or First Horizon Wholesale that
do have consistent good rates with simplicity in stips.
But I am in California and your area may belon to a different
underwriting and fulfillment center.

Flagstar has been pretty good of late, it seem like they all take turns. I agree about Provident : great rates but not really worth it.
