Ok. I know you're new to BO so in order for us to help you need to give us more info like what's the purchase price or loan amount, full doc or stated, if stated any reserves, county and state where the property is located. If you can give us that info I'm more than sure you'll get lots of responses, otherwise this will problably be the only one.quote: Originally posted by josf_g [br]ANY TAKERS,

| The fico is 715, i would not post a request that did not qualify. I need to know if anyone will go SISA or SIVA as in most cases with Fannie products, sisa prices better that siva or there is not even a SIVA pricing available |

Whether or not you think a post qualifies, we still need all the details to price it.
715 SIVA noo purchase 300k sfr ALT-A 30 fixed 7.125<par>
if you can get him to 720 (which is what you need to get into agency conforming stated)

If your borrower is a wage earner, and is NOT using rental income to qualify:
30yr fixed, NO prepayment, YES impounds, VOE 6.250% [PAR] 6.625% [0.500] YSP 7.000% [1.125] YSP
SIVA 7.125% [PAR]
Turn time 24-48 hours. |
