Ok. I know you're new to BO so in order for us to help you need to give us more info like what's the purchase price or loan amount, full doc or stated, if stated any reserves, county and state where the property is located. If you can give us that info I'm more than sure you'll get lots of responses, otherwise this will problably be the only one.quote:

The home is in California, the purchase price is conforming, sfr, SISA, the buyer has about 75K in reserves after the down payment, loan amount is 305K, san joaquin county,quote:

| The fico is 715, i would not post a request that did not qualify. I need to know if anyone will go SISA or SIVA as in most cases with Fannie products, sisa prices better that siva or there is not even a SIVA pricing available |
