I am having a very tought time finding a lender for this scenario.
SIVA Self Employed
724 FICO
Owner Occ / Low Rise Condo / Los Angeles
We are paying off a 1st & 2nd rate/term. It is condsidered cashout because the current second was cashout 24 MONTHS AGO! Because it's a conforming loan amount of $385,000 all freddie and fannie will treat this as a cashout!!
Please help if you know of any lenders that will do this loan at 90% LTV cashout with this great FICO. 6 months reserves are available.
