If there was a product out there that would allow your clients to pay off their mortgage in 1/3 to 1/2 the time WITHOUT refinancing and with LITTLE to NO CHANGE in their income or current lifestyle would that add value to your business? I think so. Now put yourself in your clients shoes for one minute. Would you rather purchase or refinance your home from a Realtor or Loan Officer who can just show you a house or find you a loan or would you rather work with a professional that can not only show you a home, or find you the best loan product but also show you how to truly "OWN" that home as well in as little as 8-11 years. There is a major shift going on poeple in the way Americans pay their mortgage's. Get on board now because if you are not offering this to your clients I guarantee someone else is!!! Copy and paste this short presentation on this product and ask yourself will this help in my day to day business! There is great income opportunity here.
