| With interests rates dropping I have recently been trying to revive my business by going after previous customers and friends and getting them to refi. It seems to be working, but I have companies calling right after me and undercutting me. I believe they are from trigger leads. Initially it really pissed me off that the credit bureaus would do that. I find it very immoral for some reason. After cooling off I thought if I cant beat them join them. I could do the same thing. Is there anybody out there making a living off of trigger leads? How does everyone feel about them? |

George,
Try putting in a disconnected phone number when you pull credit on your customers. Should reduce the affect of triggers. Good luck. |

Yes, you can beat them. Don't include the phone number on te 1003 when you are pulling credit. And tell your customer the truth, tell them that Experian is selling their info.
What goes around comes around. |

I did that and they still called within minutes. The customer had to unplug their phone in order to stop the phone calls.
