heres the deal---I have a client needing a cashout refi, there's a chapter 11 BK filed in 2003 disch in 2007, midscore of 632, LTV 80, and we need to use the business bank statements or go stated, he also needs to refi a commercial property
if anyone can help, or knows someone who can, PLEASE let me know!!
I need to get back to my client ASAP with some good news
